Abacus Ark is a provider of quality childcare solutions.  We are committed to providing your organisation with the most professional and efficient nanny service.   Partnering with Abacus Ark will provide you with peace of mind - you can rely on your staff to be in the office when you need them most.  We can provide you with an opportunity to add value to your relationship with your staff and to your business.

We are able to design and package hours of care to suit your business needs.  The packages are a cost effective way to provide a specific service (emergency care) to a broad range of employees.  Abacus Ark also provides your business with individually tailored service usage reports design to help you evaluate the benefit to your organisation.

We have sought to ensure that all our nannies are of the highest standard through rigorous selection and recruitment procedures.  Whilst we do not make it a condition of employment that nannies must have a childcare qualification over 75% of our nannies either have, or are currently studying for, a qualification in childcare.

For your staff, having an experienced nanny to care for their child/ren when work and childcare conflicts arise is an extremely attractive employee benefit. This may be the edge your organisation needs in an increasingly competitive labour market.

There are many benefits for organisations that assist their employees with childcare. According to the Department of Workplace Relations, benefits for employers include:
  • increased ability to attract and retain workers;
  • improved staff morale, motivation and efficiency;
  • reduced absenteeism associated with childcare difficulties;
  • reduced stress associated with work/childcare conflicts;
  • optimised investment in training and ensured return on investment in employees' talent;
  • enhanced business image, public profile and corporate citizenship.
