We are available when you need us most, and that's not necessarily during business hours. You can speak to us directly during the following hours. A messaging service is available outside of these hours. - Monday to Friday - 7am to 10pm
- Saturday - 8am to 12pm
- Sunday - 6pm to 10pm
Membership/enrolment per family is $100 per year. You don't pay any further agency or booking fees, you simply pay for the services you use.
Enrolment usually takes about 30 minutes and then you can start using our services.
You will also receive a unique membership pack which details each child's routine, emergency contacts, a membership card, child's daily activity journal, medicines form and much more. Children's routines change all the time and we update the membership pack regularly so that our nannies have the most up to date information about your children at hand.

| Need a nanny on regular basis? We can take the hassle out of sourcing and hiring a nanny to meet your family's needs. To ensure we find you the right nanny, we will arrange for you to meet only the suitable candidates. You won't have to run your home like a small business as Abacus Ark will employ the nanny, pay her superannuation, tax and maintain all her insurances. The great thing about letting us employ the nanny is that we manager her and provider her with on going training and development to stay abreast of changes in child care. If she is sick, we can have another member of our nanny team on your doorstep at no extra charge. We can also arrange a nanny for you to employ yourself.
You may also require a reliable and caring evening babysitter you can call on when you are in a pinch? Get to know one of our nannies and use her for babysitting on a regular basis when you need to go out or have some YOU time.
| | Short Notice Nanny | You may need emergency childcare when your usual arrangements have broken down. With just 2 hours notice, one of our nannies can step in at 2 hours notice when your child's regular carer is ill, you are called into the office on your day off, your child is excluded from childcare or school due to illness - you may even be required to work long hours to meet a tight deadline. There are so many situations that can arise. Emergency childcare is a practical way for businesses to support their working parents.

| Do you dread leaving your family when you need to travel for business or pleasure - nationally or internationally. As a working parent you can get that well deserved break in between business meetings and important social functions. Even the kids will enjoy a conference with a Nanny to Go. If you don't fancy taking the kids, why not leave them at home with a Nanny to Go? Our nannies love travelling with parents and have their passports at the ready.

Our professionals can provide help and advice on establishing routines, breastfeeding, helping baby to sleep, parenting, twins and other newborn or toddler issues. Abacus Ark can provide experienced and caring mothercraft nurses (baby whisperers) and nannies to support parents through those first wonderful and challenging months.
